Adobe is a leader in digital marketing and media solutions. Adobe desired a fresh, uncluttered office space for its Canadian headquarters, to reflect the company’s forward-thinking brand.
We provided construction management services for 117,000 sq. ft., six-floor facility, including offices, boardrooms, teleconference rooms, telecommunication labs, a call centre, significant IT rooms, kitchens, a training and conference centre and a gymnasium. The project met strict performance guidelines. This includes independent mechanical and electrical systems supported by a generator system to maintain seamless operations in the event of service interruption or a full power outage.
Since the initial project, we have returned on several occasions to oversee ongoing renovations and reconfigurations, including an upgraded reception area and the “Tech Café”, a product demonstration area. As part of the team put together to bring in their new corporate look we worked hand in hand with both the client and the designer to achieve their vision, and to design the main wood feature in their new reception.
