Optelian is an international leader in the development and manufacturing of optical components. We provided end-to-end construction project management services for the company’s Ottawa headquarters.
The 37,500 sq. ft. re-fit required complete tear-out and re-construction of 32,000 sq. ft. of existing office space. Construction included executive offices, research and development labs, test facilities, server rooms and a high-tech manufacturing facility for fibre optic components.
Since the initial project, we have overseen multiple ongoing expansions and renovations as Optelian’s requirements of the space evolve. For example, we have added a test lab, server lab and new office space.
